About Kara

Since I can remember I have always been around and worked with children. I learned how to change a diaper when I was 7 years old, not to brag. My mother ran an in-home day care up until I went off to college so I feel confident in my ability to care for children. I started babysitting for my coaches children when I was 13 and have continued to do so on the occasions that I am home from school. I have babysat infants, (3 months old is the youngest) all the way up to fifth grade. Last summer I worked for the Lee Wetherington Boys and Girls club for the Great Futures program. Children enrolled in this program were ages five through 8. I have also given swim lessons to various family friends children so I am confident I can watch children when there is a pool involved.
