About Kara

Hi! My name is Kara. I just graduated from graduate school at the University of Denver at the Graduate School of Social Work. I am very passionate about my work but would love to take the summer for myself. I have my own car, with my own insurance. I am happy to do some things around the house, cooking, etc., if that's what you need too! I used to babysit/nanny in high school and college, so I am well versed in caring for kids between the ages of 4 and 13 years old. I've worked with both neurotypical and neurodiverse kids, as well as kids with some physical disabilities. I have never taken care of infants or toddlers. I have CPR, first aid, and lifeguard training. I was a swim instructor, swim coach and lifeguard throughout high school and college, so I'm happy to provide supervision and/or lessons!
