About Karalyn

Hello families! I have just moved back towards Columbia after 6 months of occupational therapy fieldwork. I currently am an occupational therapy student at Mizzou and just returned from fieldwork where I got experience working with all ages and diagnoses. During my fieldwork I worked in the pediatric setting where I was able to gain experience with children with a variety of diagnoses including overall developmental delay, autism, muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, etc. Additionally, I completed a 12 week fieldwork rotation in inpatient rehabilitation working with various neurological, Orthopedic, and many other conditions. I also have experience in working in jobs of a personal care attendent, caregiver, nanny/babysitting jobs, as well as working as a Gymnastics Coach, Camp Counselor, and Para- professional. For childcare I have previously done occasional date nights, after school care, and for transportation to activities.
