About Kara

Hi! I'm Kara - a lifelong caregiver with over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages. I started babysitting at 11 and, at 32, it's still something I genuinely love doing. I recently moved to town and am in the process of building my own art studio business, so I'm looking to take on babysitting work as part of my schedule. I bring a creative, fun-loving energy to every family I work with - arts and crafts, dance parties, outdoor adventures, and imaginative play are some of my favorite ways to keep kids active, happy, and engaged. I'm responsible, nurturing, and flexible, with a focus on making sure every child feels safe, encouraged, and seen. Whether it's a rainy day filled with crafts or a sunny day spent exploring outside, I'm all about helping kids have fun and feel at home.
