Kara worked for my mother for six years until she passed. She is very diligent about client safety, client hygiene, medications and diet. She was a great companion, organizing fun outings for Mom, and making life more meaningful. At end of life, Kara showed all the care-giving skills one would hope for...tender loving care. Kara arranged all doctor appointments. She has a depth of experience in all levels of care. Kara prepared the family for what would be coming next...and proactively prepared the environment and the family for the next change in Mom's functionality. She has a strong personality, but does not dominate, referring to the client and family for making decisions. I would hire Kara again in a heartbeat to take care of Mom....
