Hello Families! I'm a dedicated educator with 14 years teaching experience in both elementary and middle school. I hold a Masters degree in Education and bring a passion for supporting students of all learning styles. I'm warm, creative, and dedicated! Tutoring gives me the chance to connect with students one-on-one, understand their unique learning styles, and help them build confidence. I'm looking for a job that challenges me to use my skills as an educator in creative and new ways! I started tutoring when I worked at an after school program in San Francisco, helping underprivileged kids prepare for college. That experience showed me how powerful education can be in changing lives, and it's what first inspired me to become a teacher. In my spare time, I love reading, exploring nature and spending time with my son. My skills include making complex ideas simple, encouraging confidence in struggling learners, and creating lessons that fit different learning styles.
