My name is Kara! I am a people person, a nature lover, travel enthusiast, and a yoga instructor. After working in finance for a year (and deciding it's not for me) I took off a few months to travel Asia, but now am back in NYC and looking to provide care to a family in need. I have been babysitting for nearly 10 years and have experience working with all ages from newborns to adults. Much of my babysitting experience has been working with people with different abilities. I have been a personal care attendant, a companion for adults with disabilities and seniors, and a 'house manager'. I love to help with organization, errands, and cooking. Kara babysat for my two girls regularly over the course of three years while she was in college. She was wonderful and we are so sad not to have her around anymore. She is proactive, and never needed to be reminded what to do. She is loving, fun and active with our kids, and very responsible. I will always recommend her!
