About Kara

Detail oriented, compassionate, fun and creative caregiver. I love to craft, sing, cook, and dabble in piano, guitar & ukelele. I currently care for a wonderful family with 5 children - 4 mo. old twins, 2-year-old, 5-year-old and 7-year-old. For 6 years prior to this I took care of my younger sister, who sustained a brain injury in 2012, and is non-verbal and paralyzed. My responsibilities included g-tube care, administering medications, meal prep, feeding, grocery shopping, bed baths/showers, toileting, transportation, laundry, and housekeeping. Before my sister's injury, I was working as a live-in nanny for a 4-year-old boy. I am fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
