About Kara

My experience in animal care started as a child. My mother worked in a veterinary office and brought me with her often. I enjoyed assisting her while grooming as well as helping the vet techs take care of animals. I then worked in that veterinary clinic in their boarding facilities for 2 years. This gave me ample experience to many different breeds and temperaments of dogs and cats. I would also occasionally care for birds and other domestic pets. I also spent many years of house sitting during college. I have two dogs and cats myself and know what an important part of the family they are. Allowing someone to care for your pet takes an extreme amount of trust. I will care for your animals as if they are my own. I love hiking and adventuring with my dogs and would love the opportunity to adventure with your dog if they need a chance to get out and enjoy some exercise.
