About Kara

Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for. I have experience nannying, babysitting, substituting and after school daycare. I have cared for multiple kids, including children with special needs. I play outdoor games, can help with homework and love to clean. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I am happy to provide regular updates via text, phone, or in person, based on your preference. I have some college experience. I am comfortable with pets, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I have a 5-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter. I would need to bring my daughter with me if the family is comfortable with that. My son goes to VPK from 8:30am-3:15 p.m. but his daycare can do pick up/drop off for me if childcare is needed before and/or after those times. I can also babysit from my home if needed.
