About Sarah

Hello, I am a Childcare Professional with over 10+ years of experience ranging many different roles and teaching environments. I started in this field as a swim instructor and coach. Then went on to work in summer camps, eventually becoming the Executive Director of the program. I also worked as an elementary afterschool teacher for many years and taught a wide range of subjects (Math, Science, Japanese Language, Art & Crafts, Cooking etc.). Most recently I was a Program Coordinator for a Community Hub that's main goal was to help students with special needs re-integrate back to in-person learning. During my many years in the field I also worked as a nanny and had the pleasure of caring for many families. I saw their children through many developmental milestones and stages. I enjoyed the years I spent teaching but truly came to love nannying because it allowed me to make much deeper connections with the children I cared for.
