Making a positive difference in people's lives is my passion, and it's why I love being a caregiver. My experience in adult and senior care spans two years, and I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant at Loyola Hospital and Certified Home Health Aide. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I'm patient, compassionate, and approachable, and I understand the importance of respecting each person's independence. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with a calm demeanor. I communicate with families through verbal updates and respect their preferred communication methods. I believe in supporting families and providing reliable care. Im currently in college at malcolm x college and it has strengthened my desire to help others.
