I have experience de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide respite care, transportation, help with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering verbal updates and written reports.
