Hi first of all I am a mom of six grown children, so I love kids and have a lot of patients. I love seeing kids smile and the sound of there laughter. I have worked with a kid that was a quadriplegic and non verbal, cerebral palsy. Let me tell you he made my life so much brighter everyday. Seeing the smiles I could bring to his face. That is the best reward in the world. A little about me I love the outdoors and love animals. I volunteer at the local animal shelter. I currently work 3 nights a week couple hours for a lady who is also a quadriplegic.

I am a 62 year-old SCI C4-C5, basically paralyzed from the chest down. Kandy did vacation coverage and weekend care which included bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, bowel and bladder management, transfers, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and dog care. I mentioned the duties to emphasize how much responsibility was involved. Kandy was friendly, outgoing, a quick learner and problem solver, patient and adaptable. She never complained and was willing to take on extra duties. I highly recommend her.
