About Kandance

Hi, I'm Kandance! Nurturing young minds and fostering their growth is my passion. For 12 years, I've dedicated myself to providing exceptional childcare for children of all ages. I've worked as a Nanny, Preschool Teacher, Youth Programs Manager, Youth Counselor and Youth Programs Coordinator. I hold a degree from the University of Missouri Columbia, and I am trained in First Aid and CPR. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy engaging children with outdoor play, board games, puzzles, day trips, crafts, and age-appropriate educational activities. I am comfortable caring for 3 children at a time and happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, errands, and swimming supervision. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules. I follow your preferred communication method to keep you informed about your child's day. I truly love being a part of a child's journey, and I'm excited to bring my experience and enthusiasm to your family.
