About Kamya

Hi! My name is Kamya, I'm 24, and caring for children has been a passion of mine since I was young. My mom has owned an in-home daycare since I was 11, so childcare has always been a big part of my life. I started babysitting independently at 13 and have experience with infants through school-aged children, including children with autism and ADHD. I also have experience administering medication. For the past 3. 5 years, I've cared for the same family, helping raise their four children from ages 7, 4, 1, and newborn stages through today. I prepare meals, help with light housekeeping, manage routines, and love taking the kids to the library, Port Discovery, playhouses, parks, swimming, movies, the zoo and more! I don't believe childcare is just a job I genuinely become part of the family. I'm looking for a new family because my current family is moving, and I'd love to build another long term relationship where your children feel safe, loved, supported, and truly cared for.
