Kami has been our children’s caregiver for the last seven years. When we introduced her to our oldest son at just three months old, he chose her. She was there for his first bite of solid food, first steps, and drop off the first day he went to preschool. Our second son was born at the height of the pandemic and Kami moved in with our family to support us safely during uncertain times. She has truly helped raise our children with kindness and compassion, every step of the way. Whether coordinating playdates, constructing train tracks, reading books, or participating in a kids parkour class to ease our son’s nerves, Kami is all in. We trust her implicitly to care for our kids like they are her own. She is reliable, thoughtful, and fun. Even though she’s entered our house nearly every day of our sons’ lives, they still get energized and excited to see her in the morning. As our kids have grown, our needs have changed. The boys are now in school full-day, and we no longer need full-time caregiving. While it’s hard for us to imagine a daily life without Kami, it’s time to support her in finding in a new family who will be so lucky to experience all that she brings. Kami comes with our family’s highest recommendation. We are extremely fortunate to have spent so many years together, and she will forever be a part of our family.
