As a nurturing and responsible individual, I'm passionate about nurturing young minds and fostering their development. With a year of experience as an afternoon counselor at a middle school, I supervised and cared for groups of up to 30 children alongside a colleague. My patient, calm, and friendly demeanor creates a reassuring and supportive environment for children to thrive. I maintain open lines of communication with parents, ensuring they are well-informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. While respectful of household rules, I also believe in fostering a sense of independence and self-discipline in children.
