About Kalyah

I have over 6 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. I spent one year working at a licensed childcare center, caring for infants and toddlers-supporting their development through play, routines, and early learning activities. For four years, I worked as a special education paraeducator, where I provided one-on-one support, implemented individualized learning plans, and helped children thrive both academically and emotionally. I also spent a year working with a before and after school program, where I planned engaging activities, supervised outdoor play, and led field trips. My background has given me a strong foundation in child development, behavior management, and inclusive care. I'm CPR and First Aid certified for infants through adults, and I'm passionate about creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for every child in my care.
