This was the first time I used Kalubi's care taking services for my 92-year-old father. She was hired to drive and assist my father for a PET scan. Unfortunately, they ran into L.A. morning traffic despite because of a car accident which caused them to be late to the appointment. This was not Kalubi's fault, we gave 1.5 hours to get there! Kalubi kept my father calm, and she managed to get the radiology department to take my dad in between other appointments otherwise he would have had to wait another month. My father gave glowing reports about Kalubi, about how she handled the situation, and how she just made things happen. She texted and called me throughout and let me know when she returned my father home. I will definitely be hiring Kalubi again. She was wonderful.
