About Kalmarie

Being a safe space for children and nurturing their minds is my passion. For four years, I've dedicated myself to providing enriching care for children at an afterschool program. My college degree in Child psych and Early Childhood Education interest have given me a strong foundation, complemented by First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'm patient, creative, and love incorporating play-based learning into activities, from outdoor games to educational fun. I'm comfortable caring for 2-3 children at a time (depending on age range), and enforcing household rules while respecting your parenting style. I communicate openly, adapting to your preferred method, and can assist with cooking, carpooling, and light housekeeping. Supporting families and witnessing children thrive brings me immense joy, and I look forward to the opportunity to connect with your family.
