About Kalli

Kalli has cared for our son since March of 2022! Our son has significant disabilities, and she has been by his side and been his (and our family's) biggest advocate since she started with him at just 15 months old. He's 5 now! R. has cochlear implants, communicates using eye gaze with a device, is immobile, and attends speech/occupational/physical therapies weekly. She has been a part of our journey from the beginning, helping him learn his communication device, participating in his therapies, and just making sure R. flourishes. She has exceptional communication skills, is trustworthy and dependable, and works so hard. Kalli is also extremely organized which has helped us so much as we have 4 young kids all close together in age. Along with watching our son, she's also provided babysitting for all the kids for date nights and weekends away. She's the best!
