I was a caregiver and tutor for two individuals who had autism. The female was an adult with severe autism and epilepsy and was nonverbal while the male was a child who was high functioning, but who also struggled with schizophrenia. I'm patient, kind, understanding, and enjoy working with people. I also worked for several years at a hospital answering call lights and monitoring suicidal patients.
