About Kallie

Hiring a nanny for the first time was one of the most nerve-wracking decisions I’ve had to make. My daughter had just turned one and I was ready to reclaim some time to focus on my business, but the idea of leaving her with someone new was terrifying. I had so many worries: Would my parenting approach be respected? Would someone just stick her in front of a screen all day? Would she feel safe, engaged, and loved in my absence? Then Kallie came along. From our very first video call, I was impressed. She answered my questions confidently and even interacted with my daughter during the call, which told me a lot about her instincts and presence. She’s smart, calm under pressure, and genuinely caring. Over time, I found myself able to actually relax knowing my daughter was in Kallie’s care. That in itself is priceless. Kallie was always on time, flexible with my unpredictable schedule, and completely dependable. She played with my daughter outside, cooked her appropriate meals, and read with her. She followed my routine, honored my parenting style, and created a safe, loving space for my daughter to grow. One day, my daughter had a total nap meltdown with screaming and crying. Kallie stayed calm, followed my tips, and kept me gently updated throughout the day so I never felt out of the loop. That kind of emotional steadiness and communication meant everything. Even on days I worked from home, Kallie managed to redirect my very clingy toddler with patience and care. It wasn’t long before my daughter would light up the moment Kallie walked through the door, greeting her with a big smile and a loud “hi!” ... the best kind of endorsement there is. Over the months, my daughter has learned, grown, and thrived and I’m grateful Kallie was a part of that. She’s calm, positive, and deeply respectful. She took feedback gracefully. She’s someone who listens, evolves, and really sees the child in front of her. I believe my daughter will remember Kallie as the friendly girl who played with her and made her laugh. And I hope some of the confidence and joy they shared together continues to stay with her as she grows. Any family would be lucky to have Kallie!!
