About Kaliyah

I like working with kids because I grew up as my little brother's second mom, and taking care of him has been one of the best parts of my life! I also just love children and they seem to also love me! I started working with kids when I was really really young, but I started actually getting paid for babysitting when I was around 14! In my spare time, I like to read, write, and spend time outside with my dogs! I like being around animals a lot, and I also like to spend time with my siblings! One thing you should know about me is I am very chatty! I love to talk and get to know the families I'm working for, and create a real bond! My skills include helping regulate emotions, especially with special needs children, I'm great at helping kids redirect to a better task, and I'm great at keeping kids occupied and busy!
