I have gained extensive experience working with children with diverse special needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, nonverbal children who utilize augmentative and alternative communication devices, as well as individuals with various mental health and behavioral challenges. Additionally, I have worked with foster and adopted children who have experienced significant trauma. On a personal level, I have a niece in foster care who has multiple mental and developmental diagnoses, and I regularly collaborate with her care team to provide her with community-based support.
