Hello! My name is Kalisha and I am originally from Nebraska but currently live in Phoenix, Arizona. I am eager to graduate in December with a bachelor's in nutrition before I move to Moscow in early January. For the past nine years I have babysat kids of numerous ages. I've also worked as a lifeguard, given swim lessons to kiddos aged 4 to 12, and volunteered in a 3rd grade classroom as a teachers aid. Right now, I am a nanny for an amazing family in Phoenix and care for 3 awesome kids (ages 2, 6, and 8). I know it will be a hard goodbye come December but I am looking forward to new opportunities and continuing my education to earn a master's degree. In my free time, I enjoy being outside running, hiking, or biking. I enjoy reading as well and I look forward to ending my day watching a good show or movie. There aren't enough superlatives to describe Kalisha! While we were out of town for two months, she helped to look after my mother in a skilled nursing facility, providing companionship, communicating how she was doing, and picking up items she needed. In addition, she kept an eye on our home retrieving mail. My 96-year-old mother adores her. Kalisha is kind, caring, genuine, very intelligent with a wonderful sense of humor. She is a person of high integrity, an outstanding communicator, and a wonderful human.
