In the summer of 2010, I worked as a summer camp counselor for children ages 6-13. In May 2012, I graduated with my Elementary Education degree and am certified to teach grades K-6. I did my student teaching with kindergarten and 4th grade, and I currently work at a small Christian school as the Pre-kindergarten teacher for a 3-days a week program and as an assistant teacher for 4th & 5th grade on the other two days of the week. In addition, I provide private in-home tutoring to one 2nd grade student each week. I am so blessed to have a job that I enjoy; working with children every day is always an adventure and a joy! This summer, I would love the opportunity to help a family with their children, playing with them, caring for them, and helping them learn and grow.
