About Kaley

Hi! My name is Kaley, and I am 21 years old. I am a patient, positive, and energetic childcare professional with 8 years of experience working with children from infancy through elementary age, including those with special needs. I have dedicated both my education and professional experience to child development and learning how to support children with a wide range of personalities, abilities, and developmental needs. My background includes babysitting, nannying, student teaching, assistant teaching, lead teaching, and working in daycare and preschool settings. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children through individualized care and skill-building. I hold a 90-hour preschool certification, health and safety certification, ADA training, and special needs coursework. Families can count on me to be reliable, responsible, and dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for every child!
