My passion for supporting adults and seniors blossomed from previous care roles. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and empathetic. I build connections with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I provide verbal updates during visits, written daily reports, and adapt to changing routines. I can de-escalate stressful situations. I have two years of experience, plus some college education. I am trained in CPR and First Aid. I provide errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I find immense joy in making a positive difference in the lives of those I care for.
