About Kaiya

Hi! My name is Kaiya, and I am a sophomore at Rider University, studying Arts Management and English Literature pursuing a future in literary and theatrical arts education. I have multiple years of child care under my belt via summer camp counseling, directing children's productions, and general babysitting work. I cannot wait to get to work wherever and however you may need me!! I'd describe my personality as bubbly, caring, and driven. In my spare time, I love to read, perform, visit new places, and try new foods! I started working with kids when I was 15 years old, first serving as an assistant director for children 11-14. At 16, I started working with children 6-13 in a summer theatre camp setting, creating fun activities for campers, supervising lunches, and reinforcing positive behavior.
