About Kaitlyn

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is my passion. With five years of experience as a certified teacher, I specialize in creating personalized learning paths that turn complex concepts into manageable steps. I hold certifications in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504), allowing me to tailor my instruction to meet your child's specific needs. Whether we are working on Math or English, I prioritize active listening and hands-on activities to ensure your student feels supported and engaged. I love connecting lessons to real-world interests and celebrating every "aha!" moment as confidence grows. Clear, consistent communication with parents is at the heart of my approach, ensuring we remain partners in your child's success. I am comfortable working in your home, at a center, or online, and I am always happy to say hello to your pets during our sessions.
