About Kaitlyn

I would describe myself as energetic, positive, compassionate, and someone who genuinely enjoys making people feel cared for and comfortable. I've worked in healthcare for over a decade, and caring for others has always been something that comes naturally to me. I've also personally helped care for family members who struggled with dementia for more than 10 years. That experience taught me the importance of patience, understanding, companionship, and treating every person with dignity. I currently assist individuals in their homes and truly enjoy the personal connection that comes with this work. I love getting to know each person and finding little ways to make their day brighter. I'm looking to combine my healthcare experience with something meaningful-providing not only support and assistance, but also companionship, conversation, laughter, and kindness. Being able to make a positive difference in someone's day is something that genuinely fills my own cup
