About Kaitlyn

Hello! I am 25years old and have both experience and education mainly working with children 1-13. I have some education from my associates for transfer in early childhood education for Citrus College and am currently in my last year majoring in BA Psychology with a minor in child development. I worked for 1 1/2 years at a private preschool called kiddie academy in the LA area and then worked in the Pasadena and Arcadia school districts as a special ed/classroom aide. I am currently working at the Four Winds Education Center as a tutor/ teacher where I watch over the students, help them with homework and occasionally provide extracurricular enrichment such as music and Social Emotional Learning/ Psychology lessons. I also have completed the Advanced Child Care Online Training course from the Red Cross that goes over childcare in the home and provides instructions on emergencies. I like working with kids because I like being able to help guide them in life and see them grow.
