Empowering young learners to find joy in discovery is the foundation of my teaching practice. With three years of experience supporting elementary students in math, English, and science, I focus on building confidence rather than simple memorization. I assess each student's unique learning style through active observation, tailoring my methods--whether through visual aids, hands-on activities, or interactive discussions--to meet their needs. By connecting complex concepts to real-world interests, I keep students curious and engaged. I believe open communication with families is essential for creating a collaborative environment that drives success. Nothing compares to the reward of witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student finally masters a challenging topic.
