About Kaitlyn

Hi! I'm Kaitlyn. While my professional background is in event planning and marketing, I've always enjoyed spending time with kids and helping families where I can. I've cared for children ranging from toddlers to elementary school age, including helping with school routines, meals, playtime, homework, and potty training. One of my favorite things about working with kids is getting to know their personalities. Every child is different, and I think it's important for them to have supportive adults who listen, encourage them, and help them feel safe being themselves. Whether we're playing games, doing crafts, reading stories, spending time outside, or simply talking about their day, I enjoy creating a positive environment where kids feel comfortable and heard. I'm reliable, patient, organized, and happy to help with transportation, meal prep, light housekeeping, and daily routines. My goal is to provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment for both children and their families.
