About Kaitlyn

She quickly became part of the family and our 2 sons love her! She cared for our 2 year old all day and would often pick up our older son from school and then watch him as well. She quickly developed a routine for the children, balancing her primary work of caring for our children with maintaining the house. Kaitlyn was a great problem solver, always making sure our children had everything they needed, and working through any challenges with grace. She was always very reliable and willing to adapt and work with us through changing situations like unexpected travel, delays, and schedule changes. Kaitlyn was always very communicative and worked diligently to clarify expectations and ensure we were all on the same page. She researched fun, age-appropriate activities for both of our children, and the boys loved doing experiments, painting, and making crafts with her.
