About Kaitlynn

I've always been drawn to working in childcare. I had my first mother's helper job when I was 8 years old, and I've been working as a babysitter ever since. I was a camp counselor for 7 years, and that's what lead me to realize that fostering children's creative and personal growth was my passion. I am a very patient problem-solver when it comes to difficult behavior and conflict, and I always try to enforce rules in a way the child can understand. l am in college for child psychology, and I plan on becoming a pediatric clinical psychologist in the future. I love doing arts and crafts, board games, and other fun activities with the kiddos. I like to surprise the kids I babysit with fun crafts and games! I have a part-time job from 2:30 to 6, but I am occasionally available during the times I have listed on my account. Don't hesitate to reach out, and I'll let you know if I'm open!
