We interviewed Kaitlynn by phone and in person, and initially, she seemed like a great fit for our family. We scheduled a week-long trial with her and confirmed everything on Sunday, making it clear that if she was unable to attend, she should notify us immediately so we could make other arrangements. However, on Monday—the very first day of the trial—Kaitlynn did not show up. She did not call, text, or email to let us know she wasn't coming, and despite our repeated attempts to reach her by phone, text, and email, we received no response. This level of unprofessionalism was extremely disappointing and left us in a difficult position without childcare at the last minute.
