I am a dedicated behavior technician with hands-on experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorder using evidence-based ABA strategies. I have experience implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and analyzing data, and using reinforcement, prompting, and fading procedures to build communication, social, and daily living skills. I am passionate about creating individualized, culturally responsive support that promotes independence and meaningful progress. I am currently continuing my professional development with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
