About Kaitlyn

Hi, my name is Kaitlyn. I am 20 years old and currently pursuing my Business degree online. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, going to the gym, and trying new experiences. My passion for childcare grew through my work as a Behavioral Technician, where I became certified six months ago. Working closely with children helped me develop patience, compassion, and a strong understanding of each child's unique needs. I am dependable, attentive, and committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where children feel comfortable and encouraged. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor activities, sports, board games, and educational play. I have completed Early Childhood Development coursework and am CPR certified. I am also happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, and travel when needed.
