About Kaitlyn

I am an experienced and compassionate childcare provider with over 10 years of experience caring for children from newborn through 10 years old. I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Child Development and am CPR and First Aid certified. My background includes working as a preschool and infant teacher, as well as several years as a private nanny. I have extensive experience caring for multiple children, including infants as young as 1-month-old, and supporting families long-term. My nanny roles included meal prep, light cooking, cleaning, school drop-offs and pick-ups, and maintaining structured daily routines. I recently relocated to Florida and currently work weekday mornings as a mental health counselor, which enhances my ability to support children's emotional and developmental needs.
