About Kaitlyn

Nurturing children and supporting families is my passion. My three years of experience caring for children aged newborn to 11 have solidified my desire to provide reliable and enriching care. I will be graduating in the spring with a degree is social work, and have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games with children. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents at pickup and follow their preferred communication methods. I am also happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I find joy in watching children learn and grow.
