About Kaitlyn

I am a compassionate, responsible, and self-sufficient older sister that has spent most of her life looking after two younger siblings to help out mom and dad. I'm interested in providing families with part-time reliable care. I have experience working with large groups of children at sleepaway summer camp, as well as experience caring for just two or three children. I'm responsive, quick to learn new skills and adapt to new objectives. I'm passionate about showing children the patience, empathy, and attention they deserve, as well as helping them overcome day to day conflicts in a constructive way. The safety, wellbeing, and development of your children is my top priority.
