About Kaitlyn

Hi, I'm Kaitlyn! I very much enjoy working with children! I began babysitting my younger cousins as a teenager and have worked in an elementary school setting as a preschool teacher aide for the past 4 years. I have also babysat the same girls (they were 5 and 7, but are now 9 and 11) every summer for the past few years, gaining valuable experience in school and at home. I would describe myself as compassionate, curious, and creative. I love children's imagination, curiosity, and unique perspectives, and I enjoy helping them build confidence and independence. I value open communication, trust, and teamwork with families. My goal is to provide a nurturing environment where children feel happy, valued, supported, and cared for while giving parents peace of mind that their child is in good hands!
