About Kaitlyn

Hi there! I currently help kids "win at life" as a Children's Self-Development Coach at KidStrong, where I support up to 283 children across a wide range of ages and abilities. Through this role, I've gained extensive hands-on experience in three core areas:Character, Physical, & Cognitive Development. I work with both neurotypical/neurodiverse children, adapting my approach to honor each child's unique needs. I'm also a proud auntie to two wonderful nephews and spend my summers in daycare environments, deepening my connection to early childhood care. While I haven't officially held a nanny title, I am more than capable. My experience coaching hundreds of children weekly, has prepared me to care for them with love, structure & attentiveness. I'm confident in my ability to create a safe, engaging, & supportive environment. Those closest to me describe me as bubbly, compassionate & ambitious. It brings me so much joy to help children grow!
