I started in childcare by taking care of my siblings and younger cousins. I have also taken care of family friends' kiddos for many years. I worked as a gymnastics coach for almost seven years. I loved having fun with the kids and teaching them new skills. I have also worked as a nanny for almost 4 years, and I have provided overnight care. I have cared for children of all ages (from newborns to teens) and am CPR/First Aid certified. Kaitlyn is an absolute gem! She is so incredibly knowledgeable about kiddos. My son instantly loved her and didn't even notice when I left. She really understands child development and is wonderful at meeting kids where they are at and providing attentive and loving care. She is energetic, thorough, patient, and fun!!! She goes above and beyond in taking exceptional care of my two year old!
