Kaitlyn is a kind, professional babysitter who has cared for my children with disabilities. My oldest child has severe non-verbal autism and is not potty trained. Kaitlyn quickly adapted to communicating with her via her AAC, and had no issues changing and bathing her, neither of which she can do herself. She even made suggestions for certain behaviors that actually helped! Kaitlyn followed potty training protocol for one of my other children, and showed me a couple great tips for reducing the smell of poopy accidents! This child struggles with emotional regulation, and Kaitlyn adapted her approach to him to gently encourage him to do his homework and other activities and commended him along the way. My last child has tons of energy, and Kaitlyn keeps her busy with games and activities. Kaitlyn has provided developmental growth while watching my kids.
