About Kaitlyn

I am an elementary school teacher and I love it! Before I was a full time teacher I was a substitute in various districts for 4 years. I have experience with students preschool to sixth grade. I love getting creative with my teaching. I love to build in crafts or games to the lessons. Being able to relate subjects to students lives so they better understand the topics is important to me as well. Teaching is something I am very passionate about and would love to be able to help as many students as I can. I struggled when I was in elementary school so I know how important and trusting the bond between a tutor and student in oder for a child to learn.
