About Kaitlyn

I'm a fun, caring, and energetic person who loves engaging kids through play, crafts, and hands-on activities. I started working with children in middle school at my mom's summer camp for kids with autism, and it sparked my passion for childcare. I've worked at Dutch Bros and with school athletes, building strong communication, responsibility, and teamwork skills. I'm dependable and always focused on creating a safe, positive environment where kids can learn and grow. In my spare time, I enjoy staying active, grabbing coffee with friends, and spending quality time with people I care about. I'm currently studying for the MCAT this summer and plan to attend medical school in the future. My key skills include patience, empathy, and creativity, and I'm looking for a nanny position where I can build trust with families and support their children with care and joy.
